SHANGHAI YUNJING 443

Project Présentation

This project is located at No. 443  Humin Road, Minhang District, Shanghai. The surrounding area is rich in planning resources and has good innate resources: as the Minhang South Riverside Development Axis in the planning and development of Shanghai's "One River, One Stream", it has excellent upper planning conditions and has the advantage of priority development space and resources. At the same time, it is located in the comprehensive service axis of Humin Road under the spatial structure of "one corridor and one axis" in the planning of Shanghai's southern science and technology innovation centre, with a core location, adjacent to Shanghai Jiaotong University and "Bay Zero" innovation and entrepreneurship clustering area in the north, and Zizhu National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in the east. Zizhu National High-tech Industrial Development Zone on the east. With the successive completion of more urban renewal projects along the riverfront, the public space of South Riverside will form a science and innovation area with high integrity and strong sense of atmosphere, which is connected to the north and south.

The plot is surrounded by good rail and road traffic, which can link the city efficiently. The west side is adjacent to Dongchuan Road Station of Metro Line 5 and the planned station of Line 23 under construction. In terms of natural resources, the west side is close to the Minhang Greenway, and the east side has exclusive access to the water resources of the Beihengjing waterfront, which is rich in natural conditions. Combined with the above planning and the existing resources in the neighbourhood, this project aims to shape a cultural and creative industrial community with offices, training, services and sports, with cultural and creative industries as the leading industries, education and training industries as the characteristics, and supporting cultural and art spaces and commercial entertainment.
