The design proposal was based on a new trend in image and architecture for offices together with its work environments. Its concern for the social, environmental and workplace wellbeing of its employees has galvanized it to implement strategies of innovation and family values through teamwork, in an environment of modernity and integration into the interior with key spaces that communicate the philosophy of the brand encouraging commitment and wellbeing which enhance the creation of ideas in line with what they do. The new corporate space should reflect the values and standards of this Corporation, and therefore emphasis was placed on attention and access to natural light, the proposal of different spaces and work environments, and reflecting a sense of fairness for all the employees.

One of the most complex challenges in this project lies in stimulating people to have a better formative experience, inspired by the narrative of placing the human being and their skills at the center in a more empathetic and collaborative way. With the development of automation, digitization, and artificial intelligence, collaborators with particular skills are required: abstraction and problem-solving abilities, creativity, and emotional intelligence.

The organization is clear about its purpose and its values align largely with the personal values of its collaborators. It requires areas for social interaction, social management, knowledge construction and learning, and spaces for cohesion to create community, culture, and vitality at both individual and collective levels. To achieve this, spaces are designed with a focus on relationships, communication, and a sense of trust as pillars.

The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.

The success of this project is based on understanding the organization's needs in order to transform the space into a competitive tool, creating an environment of elegance and modernity, with light shades resulting from the multidisciplinary integration and various factors.

The challenge of creating a modern, functional, and pleasant environment was overcome by offering employees the warmth of a home that fosters the development of new habits, making friends, engaging in activities, collaborating in teamwork spaces, and freely navigating the area. A fresh, contemporary, and innovative image has been established, both in the configuration of carpets, ceilings, and furniture, as well as in various settings that incorporate natural light and greenery to promote health and happiness, leading to personal satisfaction.
